Relationship between serum TGF-β1 and Hcy levels and the therapeutic effect of bisoprolol in patients with chronic heart failure
Objective:To explore the relationship between serum Transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β1)and Homocysteine(Hcy)levels and Chronic heart failure(Chronic heart failure).Relationship between treatment effect of bisoprolol in CHF patients.Methods:113 patients with CHF admitted to the hospital from March 2020 to February 2022 were selected as the study objects. All patients were treated with bisoprolol in our hospital, and the efficacy of the patients after 6 months of treatment was observed and recorded, and the patients were grouped into groups.Serum TGF-β1 and Hcy levels were detected before treatment, and general information of the patients was recorded, and the relationship between serum TGF-β1 and Hcy levels and the therapeutic effect of bisoprolol in CHF patients was analyzed.Results:113 patients with CHF,19 were ineffective and 94 were effective. The serum levels of TGF-β1 and Hcy in the ineffective group were higher than those in the effective group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that the overexpression of TGF-β1 and Hcy in CHF patients was associated with the ineffective treatment of bisoprolol(OR>1,P<0.05).ROC curve was drawn, and the results showed that the AUC of serum TGF-β1 and Hcy alone and combined in predicting the efficacy value of bisoprolol in CHF patients was greater than 0.70,and the predictive value was ideal, and the combined predictive value was the best. Conclusion:The overexpression of serum TGF-β1 and Hcy may be associated with the ineffectiveness of bisoprolol treatment in CHF patients.
