Clinical observation of STS injection combined with nutrition in the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease and its influence on serum CK-MB and APN levels
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Sulfotanshinone Sodium(STS)injection combined with nutrition in the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease. Methods:A total of 122 patients with angina pectoris from CHD treated in our hospital from January 2020 to October 2022 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method, with 61 cases in each group. The control group was given 60 mg STS injection, and the observation group was given nutritional treatment based on the control group. The therapeutic effect and incidence of adverse reactions after 2 weeks of treatment were analyzed.Hemodynamics indexes were determined by hemorheometer, blood lipid indexes were determined by automatic biochemical analyzer, and serum Creatine Kinase Isoenzyme-MB(CK-MB)was determined by enzyme-linked immunoassay. The levels of CK-MB and Adiponectin(APN)were compared between the two groups. Results:The effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,TC,TG,LDL-C,plasma viscosity, whole blood viscosity, fibrinogen, blood cells and CK-MB in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The APN of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:STS injection combined with nutrition in the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease can improve clinical efficacy, cardiac function and hemodynamics, with less adverse reactions.
