摘要
目的:探讨睢县人民医院近 10 年胃镜下儿童幽门螺杆菌(Helicobocton Pyloni,HP)感染状况.方法:选取2011 年1 月至2020年 12 月在本院行胃镜检查的伴随消化道症状的儿童 536 例作为研究对象.分析患儿年龄、性别与HP感染的关系和发展趋势.结果:536 例患儿,其中感染患儿为 287 例(53.54%),年龄、检查结果与HP感染率之间具有显著相关(P＜0.001),性别、发病症状与HP感染率之间差异没有无统计学意义(P＞0.05).2011年～2020 年间每年患儿感染率的性别差异均无统计学意义(P＞0.05),其中前五年与后五年的感染率差异明显(P＜0.05).从 2011 年至 2020 年的 10 年间,0～4 岁、5～7 岁、8～10 岁与11～14 岁之间感染率具有明显差异(P＜0.05).0～7 岁与 8～14 岁之间感染率具有明显差异(P＜0.001).结论:睢县人民医院胃镜检查伴随消化道临床症状的儿童,HP感染有逐年下降趋势,8～14 岁的患儿HP感染率明显的高于 0～7 岁的患儿.
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the status of Helicobacter pylori(H P)infection in children under gastroscopy in Suixian People's Hospital in recent 10 years.Methods:536 children with gastrointestinal symptoms who underwent gastroscopy in our hospital from January 2011 to December 2020 were selected as the study objects.The relationship between age,sex and HP infection and its development trend were analyzed.Results:Among the 536 children,287 cases(53.54%)were infected.Age and examination results were significantly correlated with HP infection rate(P<0.001),while gender,symptoms and HP infection rate were not statistically significant(P>0.05).There was no significant gender difference in the annual infection rate from 2011 to 2020(P>0.05),and the difference between the first five years and the last five years was significant(P<0.05).In the 10 years from 2011 to 2020,there were significant differences in infection rates among 0-4 years old,5-7 years old,8-10 years old and 11-14 years old(P<0.05).There was significant difference in infection rate between 0-7 years old and 8-14 years old(P<0.001).Conclusion:HP infection in children with clinical symptoms of digestive tract undergoing gastroscopy in Suixian People's Hospital showed a decreasing trend year by year.The HP infection rate in children aged 8-14 years old was significantly higher than that in children aged 0-7 years old.
