Clinical effect of ultrasound interventional injection of laurosinol for sclerotherapy of thyroid cyst
Objective:To study and analyze the effect of injection of laurosinol in the treatment of thyroid cyst.Methods:120 patients with thyroid cyst admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected as experimental subjects. The patients were randomly divided into control group and study group(60 cases each). The control group received sclerotherapy by injection of anhydrous alcohol, and the study group received sclerotherapy by injection of cinnamyl alcohol. The volume index of cysts, the total effective rate of treatment and the occurrence of adverse reactions after treatment were analyzed and compared. Results:After treatment, the volume of cysts in all patients decreased significantly, but there was no significant difference in the volume of cysts at each statistical time node at 1 month,3 months and 6 months after surgery between the two groups. There was no significant difference in total effective rate between the two groups. The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of ultrasound interventional injection of laurosinol in the treatment of thyroid cyst is similar to that of injection of anhydrous alcohol, but the incidence of adverse reactions after injection of laurosinol is lower and safer.
