Exploration and Research on the"1+1+N"Hepatitis C Treatment Management Model in Yongchuan District,Chongqing
Objective:To effectively eliminate hepatitis C,this study evaluates the effectiveness of a regional hepatitis C treatment management model that combines designated hospitals for hepatitis C and disease prevention and control centers as dual centers,in conjunction with multiple medical institutions.Methods:This study mainly includes the work coordination and treatment management between designated hospitals in Yongchuan District that have previously reported hepatitis C cases and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention,the treatment follow-up and information feedback of newly diagnosed hepatitis C cases in designated hospitals,and the work supervision of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.The main measurement criteria for the results are the statistical cure rate,and follow-up rate of hepatitis C cases.Results:For previously reported cases,from June 15 to August 15,2022,we received a total of 87 referrals of hepatitis C patients,of which 71 were actually treated,with a delivery rate of 81.6%.Regular follow-up of patients with hepatitis C virus nucleic acid and liver function in our hospital has successfully achieved a cure rate of over 95%.Conclusion:The structured"1+1+N"hepatitis C treatment management model is suitable for the management of hepatitis C treatment in Yongchuan area,effectively reducing manpower time and promoting standardized diagnosis and treatment of hepatitis C patients.
