Effects of humanistic comfort nursing on the comfort,negative emotions and nursing satisfaction of patients undergoing digestive endoscopy
Objective:To explore the effect of humanistic comfort nursing on the comfort,negative emotions and nursing satisfaction of patients with digestive endoscopy.Methods:Eighty-three patients with digestive endoscopy in Zhengzhou Second People's Hospital from February 2022 to February 2023 were randomly divided into the control group(n=41)and the intervention group(n=42).The control group was given routine nursing,while the intervention group was given humanistic care and Comfort nursing on the basis of the control group.The incidence of adverse reactions,comfort(General Comfort Questionnaire.GCQ),negative affect(Hamilton Anxiety Scale,(HAMA),Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)),nursing effect,and nursing satisfaction before intervention and 10 minutes before anesthesia were compared between the two groups.Results:The incidence of adverse reactions in the intervention group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).At 10 min before anesthesia,the changes of GCQ,HAMA and HAMD scores in the intervention group were greater than those in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing effective and satisfaction rates of the intervention group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions:Humanistic care can improve patient comfort,reduce negative emotions,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,and improve nursing satisfaction.
