摘要
目的:探讨2型糖尿病(Type 2 diabetes mellitus,T2DM)患者骨代谢指标的变化及应用仙灵骨葆胶囊的疗效观察.方法:选取 2022 年 1 月至 2023 年 6 月我科收治的 200 例T2DM伴骨质疏松症(Osteoporosis,OP)患者作为研究对象,利用简单随机分组分为研究组和对照组,各100例,均持续治疗12 w后,比较两组患者的骨代谢指标、骨密度及不良反应情况.结果:治疗后,研究组患者治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P＜0.05).与治疗前相比,两组治疗后25-羟基维生素D(25-Hydroxy vitamin D,25-(OH)D)、骨钙素(Bone Glaprotein,BGP)水平均明显增加(P＜0.05),且研究组明显高于对照组(P＜0.05);两组治疗后钙(Calcium,Ca)、磷(Phosphorous,P)水平均明显增加(P＜0.05),且研究组明显高于对照组(P＜0.05).两组治疗后的不良反应发生率无明显差异(P＞0.05).结论:仙灵骨葆胶囊可改善T2DM伴OP患者骨代谢指标水平,治疗效果显著,安全性高.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the changes of bone metabolism indexes and curative effect of Xianling Gubao capsule in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods:A total of 200 patients with T2DM and osteoporosis(OP)admitted to the department were enrolled as the research objects between January 2022 and June 2023.According to simple random grouping method,they were divided into study group and control group,100 cases in each group.After 12 weeks of continuous treatment,bone metabolism indexes,bone mineral density and adverse reactions in the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,total response rates of treatment in study group was significantly higher than that in control(P<0.05).After treatment,25-hydroxy vitamin D[25-(OH)D]and bone glaprotein(BGP)were significantly increased in both groups(P<0.05),which were significantly higher in study group than control group(P<0.05),calcium(Ca)and phosphorous(P)were also significantly increased(P<0.05),which were significantly higher in study group than control group(P<0.05).After treatment,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Xianling Gubao capsule can improve bone metabolism indexes in patients with T2DM and OP,with significant curative effect and high safety.
