Effect of recombinant human interferon α2B gel on wound repair and vaginal microecology after cervical annular electrotomy
Objective:To study the effects of recombinant human interferon α2B gel on wound repair and vaginal microecology after cervical annular electrotomy.Method:A total of 118 patients with cervical erosion who underwent cervical ring electrotomy treated in our hospital from June 2020 to November 2022 were randomly divided into control group and combination group,with 59 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Baofukang Shuan,and the combination group was treated with recombinant human interferon α2B gel assisted with Baofukang Shuan.The control group was treated with Baofukang Shuan,and the combination group was treated with recombinant human interferon α2B gel assisted with Baofukang Shuan.The changes of related indexes were compared between the two groups after 36 days of treatment.Cervical microcirculation indicators Interferon-γ(INF-γ)and Tumor Necrosis Factor-α(TNF-α)were used to detect vaginal lavage fluid by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).and Toll like receptor 2(TLR2)levels,Secretory immunoglobulin(sIgA)levels were measured by radioimmunoassay and compared.The incidence of postoperative complications was recorded.Results:Compared with before treatment,vaginal drainage time,vaginal bleeding time,wound healing time and hemorrhagic leucorrhea disappearance time were significantly decreased in 2 groups,especially in combination group(P<0.05);compared with before treatment,capillary tube diameter,microvascular tube diameter and local blood perfusion were significantly increased in 2 groups,especially in combination group(P<0.05);INF-γ levels were significantly increased in both groups compared with before treatment,and TNF-α,TLR2 and sIgA levels were significantly decreased in both groups,especially in combination group(P<0.05);compared with before treatment,the total incidence of postoperative complications was significantly decreased in both groups,especially in combination group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Recombinant human interferon alpha 2B gel can effectively relieve clinical symptoms,improve vaginal microcirculation,reduce inflammation and reduce postoperative complications.
