目的:分析化学发光微粒子免疫法(Chemiluminescence particle immunoassay,CMIA)和酶联免疫吸附法(Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay,ELISA)对乙型肝炎病毒(Hepatitis B virus,HBV)感染患者血清学标志物诊断准确率的临床应用价值.方法:回顾性选取我院2020年5月至2022年4月就诊的85例HBV感染患者,并采用 CMIA 法、ELISA 法分析 HBV 感染的准确率、血清学标志物检测结果[乙肝表面抗原(Hepatitis B surface antigen,HBsAg)、乙肝表面抗体(Hepatitis B surface antibody,HBsAb)、乙肝e抗体(Hepatitis B e antibody,HBeAb)、乙肝e抗原(Hepatitis B e antigen,HBeAg)、乙肝核心抗体(Hepatitis B core antibody,HBcAb)浓度]、HBsAb、HBsAg回收率.结果:CMIA法诊断准确率,检测HBsAg、HBeAb、HBcAb阳性率高于ELISA法(P<0.05);两组平均回收率无统计学差异.结论:与ELISA法相比,CMIA法用于检测HBV感染患者血清学标志物具有较高准确度、回收率.
Comparative study of the accuracy of diagnosis of HBV infection by CMIA and ELISA methods
Objective:To analyze the clinical value of Chemiluminescence particle immunoassay(CMIA)and Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)for the diagnostic accuracy of serological markers in patients with Hepatitis B virus(HBV)infection.Methods:Eighty-five HBV-infected patients attending our hospital from May 2020 to April 2022 were retrospectively selected and analyzed by CMIA method and ELISA methods for the accuracy of HBV infection,results of serological markers[Hepatitis B surface antigen(HBsAg),Hepatitis B surface antibody(HBsAb),Hepatitis B surface antibody(HBsAb),Hepatitis B e antibody(HBeAb),Hepatitis B e antigen(HBeAg),Hepatitis B core antibody(HBcAb)concentrations],HBsAb,HBsAg recovery.Results:The diagnostic accuracy of CMIA method and the positive rate of detecting HBsAg,HBeAb and HBcAb were higher than those of ELISA method(P<0.05);there was no statistically significant difference in the mean recovery rate between the two groups.Conclusion:The CMIA method was used to detect serological markers in HBV-infected patients with high accuracy and recovery compared to the ELISA method.
