Value analysis of TI-RADS grading combined with SPECT in the diagnosis of benign and malignant thyroid nodules
Objective:Thyroid Imaging Reporting and Data System(Thyroid Imaging Reporting and Data System,Value of TI-RADS grading combined with Single-Photon Emission Computed Tomography(SPECT)in diagnosis of benign and malignant thyroid nodules.How:Eighty-two patients with thyroid nodules in our hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected to analyze the results of TI-RADS grading,SPECT diagnosis and combined diagnosis.Receiver Operating Characteristic(ROC)curve was used to evaluate the diagnostic value of benign and malignant thyroid nodules. Results:There were 58 benign and 24 malignant nodules in TI-RADS grading combined with SPECT.The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of TI-RADS grading combined with SPECT for benign and malignant thyroid nodules were higher than those of TI-RADS grading and SPEC alone(P<0.05).The maximum Area Underthe Curve(AUC)in the diagnosis of benign and malignant thyroid nodules by TI-RADS grading combined with SPECT was 0.849.Conclusion:TI-RADS grading combined with SPECT can improve the diagnostic efficiency and accuracy of benign and malignant thyroid nodules.
