Influence of serum BNP,cTnT and CK-MB levels on coronary heart disease in patients with essential hypertension
Objective:To investigate the Brain natriuretic peptide(BNP),Cardiac troponin T(cTnT)and Creatine kinase-MB in patients with essential hypertension.Association between CK-MB levels and the occurrence of coronary heart disease.Methods:94 patients with essential hypertension treated in our hospital from March 2021 to March 2023 were retrospectively selected as the study objects. They were divided into coronary heart disease group(n=45)and non-coronary heart disease group(n=49).The general data of patients were collected and the serum levels of BNP,cTnT and CK-MB were detected.Multivariate Logistic regression was used to analyze the risk factors of coronary heart disease in essential hypertension.Receiver Operating Characteristic(ROC)curve was used to analyze the predictive value of serum BNP,cTnT and CK-MB levels in patients with essential hypertension for coronary heart disease. Results:The levels of BNP,cTnT and CK-MB in CHD group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that serum BNP,cTnT and CK-MB levels were risk factors for coronary heart disease in essential hypertension(P<0.05).ROC curve analysis showed that the AUC of serum BNP,cTnT and CK-MB levels for predicting CHD in essential hypertension was 0.718,0.734 and 0.760,the sensitivity was 77.8%,64.4%and 71.1%,and the specificity was 69.4%,69.4%and 73.5%.The combined prediction AUC of the three indexes was 0.855,the sensitivity was 86.7%,and the specificity was 77.6%.Conclusion:Serum BNP,cTnT and CK-MB levels are risk factors for coronary heart disease in essential hypertension, and can be used as indicators of coronary heart disease risk. The combined detection of these three indicators can better predict the possibility of coronary heart disease in essential hypertension.
