Effect of Huatuo Zaizao Wan combined with Bu Phthalide Injection on neurological deficits and hemodynamics in stroke patients
Objective:To study the effects of Huatuo Zaizao Wan and Butylphthalein Injection on neurological deficits and hemodynamics in stroke patients.Methods:88 stroke patients diagnosed in our hospital from March 2020 to March 2022 were divided into a study group(44 cases)and a reference group(44 cases)using a randomized controlled method. The reference group received treatment with butylphthalide injection, while the research group received treatment with Huatuo Zaizao Wan on the basis of the reference group. After 2 weeks of treatment, compare the clinical efficacy, neurological function, hemodynamics, coagulation function, and inflammatory factor levels between the two groups. Results:After 2 weeks of treatment, the total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05);After 2 weeks of treatment, the improvement degree of each neurological function scale score in the study group was better than that in the reference group; After 2 weeks of treatment, the pulsatile index of the study group was lower than that of the reference group, while the peak systolic blood flow velocity and average blood flow velocity were higher than those of the reference group(P<0.05);Two weeks after treatment, the level of D-dimer in the study group was lower than that in the control group, and the improvement level of thrombin time,Prothrombin time, and partially activated thromboplastin time in the study group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05);Two weeks after treatment, the study group had high sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs CRP),homocysteine(Hcy),tumor necrosis factor-α Tumor Necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),All levels were lower than the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of stroke patients with Huatuo Zaizao Wan and Bu Phthalide Injection can improve coagulation function and cerebral hemodynamics, promote neurological recovery, reduce inflammation levels, and improve clinical efficacy.
