Predictive value of three types of thrombosis risk assessment tables for deep venous thromboembolism of lower extremity after brain glioma surgery
Objective:To compare the value of three types of thrombosis risk assessment in predicting deep venous thromboembolism after brain glioma surgery. How:A total of 98 patients who underwent brain glioma surgery in our hospital from July 2019 to December 2022 were divided into the observation group(48 cases with DVT)and the control group(50 cases with no DVT)according to whether there was Deep Venous Thrombosis(DVT).Padua,Caprini and Autar were used to evaluate the clinical value of the three thrombus risk assessment tables in predicting lower limb DVT after brain glioma surgery. Results:The scores of Padua,Caprini and Autar in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).ROC curve analysis showed that the AUC of lower limb DVT after brain glioma surgery predicted by Padua,Caprini and Autar were 0.744,0.732 and 0.839,respectively.Conclusion:Padua,Caprini and Autar have certain predictive value for the occurrence of postoperative DVT in patients with glioma, and Autar has the highest predictive value.
