Predictive value of the serum levels of c5ar1,ALP and 25(OH)D3 in postoperative fracture healing of femoral neck fracture
Objective:To investigate the predictive value of the serum levels of complement component 5a receptor(c5ar1),alkaline phosphatase(ALP)and vitamin D3 25-hydroxy monohydrate(25(OH)D3)in postoperative fracture healing of patients with femoral neck fracture.Methods:98 patients with femoral neck fracture admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 who underwent total hip arthroplasty were selected.The fracture healing was judged according to the imaging examination results 6 months after operation.They were divided into fracture healing group(n = 77)and non-healing group(n = 21).The levels of serum c5ar1,ALP and 25(OH)D3 were measured in two groups at admission and 42 days after operation,The correlation was analyzed by Pearson correlation,and the diagnostic effect was evaluated by ROC curve.Results:42 days after operation,in fracture healing group the expression levels of serum c5ar1,ALP and 25(OH)D3 were higher than those before operation(P<0.05);and in non-healing group the expression levels of serum c5ar1,ALP and 25(OH)D3 were lower than those before operation(P<0.05);The results of Pearson correlation analysis showed that there was a positive correlation between c5ar1 and 25(OH)D3(P<0.05).The sensitivity of c5ar1,ALP and 25(OH)D3 in the diagnosis of postoperative fracture healing of femoral neck fracture were 92.20%,62.30%and 76.60%respectively;and the specificity were 90.50%,47.60%and 52.40%respectively.Receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve analysis showed that the area under curve(AUC)of c5ar1,ALP and 25(OH)D3 in the diagnosis of postoperative fracture healing of femoral neck fracture were 0.953(95%CI 0.913～0.993)and 0.515(95%CI 0.370～0.661)respectively 0.765(95%CI 0.663～0.867).Conclusion:The increased expression levels of serum c5ar1,ALP and 25(OH)D3 can promote the postoperative fracture healing of femoral neck fracture.There is a positive correlation between c5ar1 and 25(OH)D3.C5ar1 and 25(OH)D3 have high accuracy,while ALP has low accuracy in predicting the postoperative fracture healing of femoral neck fracture.
