Study on the correlation between reproductive tract infection and pregnancy outcome of premature rupture of membranes
Objective:To analyze the correlation between reproductive tract infection, premature rupture of membranes and adverse pregnancy outcomes. Methods:A total of 240 pregnant women admitted to our hospital from February 2020 to February 2022 were selected as the research subjects. All patients were divided into a study group and a control group based on whether they had premature rupture of membranes, with 120 cases in each group. The two groups of reproductive tract infections and pregnancy outcomes were analyzed. Results:The positive detection rates of mycoplasma, chlamydia, group B streptococcus, bacteria and total infection in premature rupture of membranes group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Among them, the positive detection rates of mycoplasma, chlamydia, group B streptococcus, bacteria and total positive rate of preterm premature rupture of membranes were significantly higher than those of full-term premature rupture of membranes(P<0.05).The incidence of placental chorioamnionitis, puerperal infection and neonatal asphyxia in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The positive rate of membrane rupture time 24 h group was significantly higher than that of membrane rupture time≤24 h group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Reproductive tract infection is likely to cause premature rupture of membranes and increase the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes.
