Explore the clinical effect of TCM resuscitating and waking up the brain in elderly patients with ischemic encephalopathy
Objective:To study and analyze the clinical effect of TCM resuscitate resuscitate method in the adjuvant treatment of elderly ischemic encephalopathy.How:A total of 200 elderly patients with ischemic encephalopathy admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were included in the study,and randomly divided into study group(100 cases)and control group(100 cases).Patients in the control group were given traditional Western medicine treatment,and the research group was assisted by TCM resuscitating method on the basis of the control group.After one month of treatment,the clinical effect of the patients was evaluated according to the"scoring criteria for the degree of neurological Impairment".12-lead electrocardiogram examination was performed to determine the improvement of the patients,and the hemodynamic related index values of the two groups before treatment and 1 month after treatment were compared,and the results were compared between the groups.Results:The effective rate of treatment and electrocardiogram improvement in the study group were 93%and 85%,respectively,which were significantly higher than 70%and 55%in the control group,and the improvement of hemodynamic indexes in the study group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the auxiliary treatment of elderly ischemic encephalopathy,TCM resuscitating the brain can significantly improve the therapeutic effect,promote the improvement of electrocardiogram and hemodynamic indexes,and have significant clinical advantages,which is worthy of reference and promotion.
