Analysis of the factors influencing the short-term efficacy and prognosis of endometriosis treated by laparoscopic surgery combined with GnRH-a
Objective:To analyze the short-term efficacy and prognosis of patients with Endometriosis(EMS)treated by laparoscopic surgery combined with Gonadotropin releasing hormone analogues(GnRH-a).Methods:A total of 88 patients with EMS who visited our hospital from March 2021 to April 2022 were retrospectively collected.Patients were divided into control group(laparoscopic surgery,42 cases)and observation group(laparoscopic surgery +GnRH-a treatment,46 cases)according to different treatment plans. The short-term efficacy, recurrence rate and factors affecting the prognosis of the observation group were compared between the two groups. Results:The clinical efficacy of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the recurrence rate was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).In the observation group, binary Logistic regression analysis showed that age of onset,American fertility society,EMS stage, dysmenorrhea history before operation, pregnancy time before operation, delivery time before operation and history of uterine operation were the factors affecting the recurrence rate of the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Laparoscopic surgery combined with GnRH-a has ideal short-term efficacy in the treatment of EMS,but there is still a certain recurrence rate.Age of onset,EMS stage of AFS,preoperative dysmenorrhea history, preoperative pregnancy and delivery times, and previous history of uterine operation are factors that affect its recurrence.Timely targeted clinical intervention is needed to improve prognosis.
