Effects of laparoscopic ovarian cyst removal on the efficacy, ovarian function and sex hormone levels in patients with ovarian cyst
Objective:To analyze the effects of laparoscopic ovarian cyst removal on clinical efficacy, ovarian function and sex hormones in patients with ovarian cyst:80 patients with ovarian cyst who received treatment in our hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects. The control group underwent laparotomy and the study group underwent laparoscopy. The surgical indexes, ovarian function, sex hormones, stress response and postoperative complications were analyzed and compared between the two groups. Results:The amount of blood loss in the study group was significantly shorter than that in the control group, and the operation time, postoperative exhaust gas and hospitalization time were significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,Antral follicle count(AFC),Peak systolic blood flow velocity, peak systolic blood flow velocity,Serum levels of estradiol(E2)and PSV were significantly higher than those of the control group,Follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),Luteinizing hormone(LH),and serum levels of estradiol(E2)were significantly higher than those of the control group. The levels of LH were significantly lower than those of control group(P<0.05).After treatment,Norepinephrine(NE),Cortisol(Cor)and Adrenocorticotropic hormone(ACTH)in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Laparoscopic ovarian cyst removal can alleviate the trauma and stress response of the patients, and has little impact on the ovarian function of the patients, and the patients have less postoperative pain and complications.
