Clinical efficacy and safety observation of bronchoscopic freezing combined with antituberculous drugs in the treatment of bronchial tuberculosis
Objective:To observe the effect of bronchoscopic cryotherapy combined with antituberculosis drugs in the treatment of bronchial tuberculosis.Methods:80 patients with bronchial tuberculosis admitted to our hospital from May 2021 to May 2022 were selected as the study objects. The patients were divided into control group and study group with 40 cases each by random number table method. The control group received anti-tuberculosis treatment; The study group used bronchoscopic freezing combined with antituberculosis. The therapeutic effect, clinical symptom improvement, airway diameter and safety of the two groups were analyzed and compared. Results:The total effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The improvement time of expectoration, cough and shortness of breath in the study group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the airway diameter of the study group was significantly increased compared with the control group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the risk of pneumothorax, hemorrhage and airway injury between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Bronchoscopic cryotherapy combined with antituberculosis drugs can improve the therapeutic effect of bronchial tuberculosis, shorten the time of improvement of clinical symptoms such as cough and sputum, and is safe and reliable.
