Expression of CCNB1 and CDK1 in gastric cancer tissues and their correlation with overall survival
Objective:To investigate the relationship between the expression of Cyclin B1(CCNB1)and cyclin-dependent kinases1(CDK1)in gastric cancer tissues and the overall survival rate of patients. Methods:The data of 58 patients with gastric cancer who completed radical gastrectomy and 5-year follow-up in our hospital from September 2017 to September 2023 were retrospectively analyzed. The expression of CCNB1 and CDK1 in cancer tissues and adjacent tissues were recorded by referring to the data, and the relationship between the expression of CCNB1 and CDK1 in cancer tissues and the overall postoperative survival rate of patients with gastric cancer was analyzed. Results:The positive expressions of CCNB1 and CDK1 in cancer tissues were higher than those in adjacent tissues(P<0.05).The proportion of CDK1 positive in patients with different degrees of invasion was different(P<0.05),and the proportion of CCNB1 and CDK1 positive in gastric cancer patients with different lymph Node Metastasis,Tumor Node Metastasis(TNM)stage and differentiation was different(P<0.05).Of the 58 patients,42 died, and the fatality rate was 72.41%.The positive proportion of CCNB1 and CDK1 in death group was higher than that in survival group(P<0.05).The correlation test showed that the positive expression of CCNB1 and CDK1 in cancer tissues was positively correlated with survival(disease and death)(r>0,P<0.05).Conclusion:CCNB1 and CDK1 are abnormally expressed in gastric cancer tissues, which may be related to the overall survival rate of patients after surgery, indicating a high risk of postoperative death, which should be paid clinical attention.
