Effect of immediate implant under the dental support guide on the restoration of single missing anterior teeth and its influence on aesthetic index
Objective:To investigate the effect of immediate implantation under the dental support guide in the restoration of anterior single tooth loss and its influence on aesthetic index. Methods:A total of 68 patients with anterior single tooth loss admitted to our hospital from October 2020 to October 2022 were selected as research objects and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 34 cases in each group. The observation group underwent immediate implant repair under the dental support guide, while the control group underwent immediate implant repair under the conventional guide. The difference of postoperative accuracy was measured by CBCT scanning before and immediately after surgery, and the success rate of implantation was recorded at 3 months and 6 months after surgery.Pink ethetic score(PES)was used to measure aesthetic index at 3 months and 6 months after surgery, and subjective comfort level was evaluated according to the scoring criteria at 3 months and 6 months after surgery. Results:The deviation values of root apex, apex,Angle and depth in the observation group were significantly reduced compared with the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the success rate of implantation at 3 months and 6 months after surgery between the two groups(P>0.05).The PES scores of 3 months and 6 months and subjective comfort scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Dental support 3D printing guide can improve the accuracy of immediate implantation, aesthetic effect and comfort of patients with anterior single tooth loss.
