Clinical study of thromboelastogram and coagulation indexes in hypertensive diseases in pregnancy
Objective:To investigate the clinical application of thromboelastogram(TEG)and coagulation indexes in hypertensive disorders in pregnancy(HDP).Method:A total of 60 HDP pregnant women admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the study objects. The patients were divided into Gestational hypertension(GH)group(28 cases),preeclampsia(PE)group(20 cases)and severe preeclampsia(SPE)group(12 cases).Forty pregnant women without pregnancy complications were selected as the control group.TEG and coagulation indexes of the four groups were compared, and the correlation between the two indexes and the positive rate of hypercoagulability were analyzed.Result:Prothrombin time(PT),thrombin time(TT),activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT),reaction time(R)and kinetic time(K)from long to short were control group,GH group,PE group,SPE group. The value of fibrinogen(FIB),coagulation angle(α)and maximum amplitude(MA)of thrombus from large to small were SPE group,PE group,GH group, control group(P<0.05).R and K were positively correlated with PT,TT and APTT,but negatively correlated with FIB.α was positively correlated with FIB and negatively correlated with TT and APTT.MA was positively correlated with FIB and negatively correlated with APTT(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with the coagulation indexes,TEG can more accurately reflect the coagulation status of pregnant women with HDP.
