Analysis of therapeutic effect of hemoperfusion on acute organophosphorus poisoning
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of hemoperfusion on patients with acute organophosphorus poisoning. Methods:The clinical data of 123 patients with acute organophosphorus poisoning treated in the emergency department of our hospital from March 2021 to December 2022 were retrospectively analyzed.Patients were divided into control group(n=59,conventional treatment)and observation group(n=64,hemoperfusion treatment)according to different treatment methods. The treatment status, serum indexes(Cholinesterase(CHE),interleukin-6(IL-6),C-reactive protein(CRP))and complication rate of the two groups were analyzed and compared. Results:After treatment, the recovery time, ventilator use time, consciousness recovery time and hospitalization days in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group, the total dose of atropine, the fatality rate and the cure rate in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).CHE level in observation group was higher than that in control group,IL-6 and CRP levels in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The complication rate of observation group was significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of hemoperfusion in the treatment of patients with acute organophosphorus poisoning can be significantly improved, which is conducive to the rehabilitation of patients, improve CHE activity, effectively inhibit inflammatory response, and alleviate the symptoms of patients with respiratory failure and liver injury.
