Effect analysis of arthroscopic partial resection combined with intracavitary injection of hyaluronic acid on meniscus injury
Objective:To analyze the therapeutic effect of arthroscopic partial resection combined with intracavitary injection of hyaluronic acid on meniscus injury.Methods:98 patients with meniscus injury admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the study objects. The patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,49 cases in each group. The control group was treated with arthroscopic partial resection combined with radiofrequency vaporization. The observation group was treated with arthroscopic partial resection combined with radiofrequency vaporization and intracavitary injection of hyaluronic acid.Clinical efficacy, knee function, pain degree and interleukin 17(IL-17),adiponectin,IL-6 levels were analyzed and compared between the two groups. Results:The clinical effect of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the Lysholm score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Visual analogue scale(VAS)scores were significantly lower than those of control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of IL-17 and IL-6 in plasma and joint cavity of observation group were significantly lower than those of control group, and the levels of adiponectin were significantly higher than those of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Arthroscopic partial resection combined with intraluminal injection of hyaluronic acid can significantly improve the clinical efficacy of patients with meniscal injury, relieve pain, improve knee function, and reduce inflammatory response.
