Effect of rice Aspergillus pancrease tablet-assisted triple therapy on Helicobacter pylori-infected peptic ulcer and its influence on Helicobacter pylori clearance and intestinal flora
Objective:To investigate the effect of rice Aspergillus pancrease tablet-assisted triple therapy on peptic ulcer(PU)infected by Helicobacter pylori(Hp)and its influence on Hp clearance and intestinal flora. Methods:A total of 68 cases of Hp-infected PU patients admitted to our hospital from June 2020 to May 2022 were divided into a conventional group and a study group according to the random number table method, with 34 cases in each group. The conventional group was treated with triple therapy(Amoxicillin,Omeprazole, and Clarithromycin),and the study group was treated with Aspergillus oryzae pancreatin tablets(1 tablet·d-1)based on the conventional group. The clinical efficacy of the two groups after 4 weeks of treatment was compared. Before and after 4 weeks of treatment, fecal assays were used to detect the levels of intestinal microbiota:Bifidobacterium,Lactobacillus,Clostridium perfringens,Bifidobacterium to Lactobacillus ratio(B/E).Motilin(MTL)and somatostatin(SS)levels were measured using radioimmunoassay. The levels of Gastrin 17(G-17),gastrin(GAS),interleukin-17(IL-17),interferon-γ(IFN-γ),and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)were measured using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Results:After treatment, the total effective rate of the study group was 97.06%,which was higher than that of the conventional group(76.47%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the Hp clearance rate in the study group was 94.12%,which was higher than that in the conventional group(76.47%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the level of Clostridium perfringens in the study group was lower than that in the conventional group, and the levels of Lactobacillus, bifidobacterium, and B/E values were higher than those in the conventional group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).Compared with the conventional group,SS,G-17,and GAS levels were lower in the study group after treatment, and MTL levels were higher, with statistical significance(P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of IL-17,IFN-γ,and TNF-α in the study group were significantly lower than those in the conventional group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Aspergillus oryzae pancreatin tablet combined with triple therapy is effective in the treatment of Hp-infected PU,which can improve the clearance rate of Hp,improve gastrointestinal status, and inhibit inflammation.
