Analysis of influencing factors on adverse pregnancy outcomes after threatened miscarriage and conservative treatment
Objective:To explore the influencing factors of adverse pregnancy outcomes in patients with threatened miscarriage after fetal preservation.Method:A total of 96 patients with threatened miscarriage admitted to our hospital from July 2020 to February 2023 were selected as the study subjects, all of whom received prenatal care treatment.According to the pregnancy outcome after treatment, there were 79 cases in the good group and 17 cases in the bad group.Analyze and compare two sets of clinical data.Multivariate logistic regression analysis of the influencing factors of adverse pregnancy outcomes.Result:Pregnancy frequency, miscarriage frequency, luteal insufficiency, anxiety score, intrauterine hematoma, and urinary integrity type human chorionic gonadotropin(I-HCG)/human chorionic gonadotropin related protein(HCGRP)positivity were independent risk factors for adverse pregnancy outcomes(P<0.05).Conclusion:The number of pregnancies, miscarriages, luteal insufficiency, anxiety score, intrauterine hematoma, and urinary I-HCG/HCGRP positivity are high-risk factors for adverse pregnancy outcomes in patients with threatened miscarriage after pregnancy preservation.
