目的:分析阿立哌唑联合重复经颅磁刺激(Repeated transcranial magnetic stimulation,rTMS)治疗精神分裂症患者对临床症状和社会功能的影响.方法:选取 2021 年1月至 2022 年12 月期间本院收治的 96 例精神分裂症患者,随机将患者分成对照组和研究组,每组各 48 人.对照组给予患者服用阿立哌唑治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上采取rTMS治疗.分析比较两组的临床疗效,临床症状以及社会功能.结果:研究组总有效率为 93.75%,显著高于对照组的 77.08%(P＜0.05).治疗后,两组的阳性与阴性症状量表(Positive and negative syndrome scale,PANSS)各项评分均显著低于治疗前,且研究组PANSS各项评分均显著低于对照组(P＜0.05).治疗后,两组社会功能量表(Personal and social performance Scale,PSP)评分均比治疗前显著上升,且研究组PSP评分显著高于对照组(P＜0.05).结论:阿立哌唑联合rTMS治疗精神分裂症能改善患者的临床症状,提升社会功能.
Effects of aripiprazole combined with rTMS on clinical symptoms and social function in patients with schizophrenia
Objective:To analyze the effect of aripiprazole combined with Repeated transcranial magnetic stimulation(rTMS)on clinical symptoms and social function in patients with schizophrenia.Methods:96 patients with schizophrenia admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were randomly divided into control group and study group,with 48 patients in each group.The control group was treated with aripiprazole,and the study group was treated with rTMS based on the control group.The clinical efficacy,clinical symptoms and social function of the two groups were analyzed and compared.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was 93.75%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(77.08%,P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of Positive and negative syndrome scale(PANSS)in both groups were significantly lower than before treatment,and the scores of PANSS in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the Personal and social performance Scale(PSP)scores of both groups were significantly higher than those before treatment,and the PSP scores of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Aripiprazole combined with rTMS can improve the clinical symptoms and social function of patients with schizophrenia.
