Clinical effect of combined holmium laser lithotripsy and percutaneous nephrolithotripsy in the treatment of Kidney stone disease
Objective:To compare and analyze the clinical effects of combined holmium laser lithotripsy and percutaneous nephrolithotripsy in the treatment of Kidney stone disease.Methods:96 patients with Kidney stone disease admitted to our hospital from February 2020 to February 2023 were selected as the study subjects.Randomly divide patients into a control group and a study group, with 48 patients in each group. The control group received percutaneous nephrolithotripsy for stone removal; The research group received combined ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy for treatment.Compare the clinical treatment effects of two groups after 3 days of treatment, compare the renal function and inflammatory index levels of patients before and after 3 days of treatment, and calculate the incidence of postoperative complications in the two groups within 3 months after surgery. Results:The total effective rate of the study group was 95.83%,higher than the control group's 89.58%,but there was no significant difference between the groups(P>0.05).After treatment, the levels of serum creatinine(Scr),Blood urea nitrogen nitrogen(BUN),neutrophil Gelatinase associated lipocalin(NGAL)and other renal function indicators in the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment, but the levels of Scr,BUN,NGAL and other renal function indicators in the study group after treatment were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of inflammatory indicators such as interleukin-10(IL-10),C-reactive protein(CBP),and white blood cell count(WBC)in the serum of both groups were significantly higher than before treatment, and the levels of inflammatory indicators such as IL-10,CRP,and WBC in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group after treatment(P<0.05).Compared with the control group, the incidence of postoperative complications in the study group was significantly reduced(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of combined holmium laser lithotripsy with flexible ureteroscope in the treatment of Kidney stone disease is similar to that of percutaneous nephrolithotripsy, but the former has less impact on renal function, less inflammatory reaction and lower incidence of postoperative complications.
