Effect of compound clobetasol propionate ointment on the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris with aditacin capsule
Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of compound clobetasol propionate ointment in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris with aditacin capsule.Methods:100 patients with psoriasis vulgaris diagnosed and treated in our hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects.Patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with advil A capsule.Observation group was treated with compound clobetasol propionate ointment and aditamate A capsule,and both groups were treated for 2 months.The clinical efficacy,quality of life and adverse reactions of the two groups after 2 months of treatment were observed and compared.Results:The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the skin disease life quality index scores of both groups were decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Compound clobetasol propionate ointment assisted with Avitamate A capsule in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris can improve clinical efficacy and quality of life,and does not increase the adverse reactions during treatment.
