Efficacy of multi-slice CT volume scanning combined with 3D reconstruction in the diagnosis of isolated pulmonary nodules
Objective:To explore the qualitative effect of multi-slice CT volume scanning combined with 3D reconstruction in the identification of isolated pulmonary nodules.Methods:150 patients with suspected solitary pulmonary nodules who were admitted to our hospital from July 2019 to August 2022 were selected as study subjects. All patients underwent multi-slice CT volume scanning and three-dimensional reconstruction. With pathological results as the"gold standard",the parameters of multi-slice CT volume scanning for isolated pulmonary nodules of different nature were analyzed and compared, and the detection rate of single and combined imaging signs, diagnostic efficiency and calculation consistency were compared. Results:Compared with malignant nodules, the peak perfusion time of benign nodules was longer, and the blood volume, peak enhancement and surface permeability were significantly reduced(P<0.05).The detection rate of multi-slice CT volume scanning combined with 3D reconstruction was significantly higher than that of each single examination(P<0.05).The diagnostic value of multi-slice CT volume scanning combined with 3D reconstruction in isolated pulmonary nodules was significantly higher than that of each single examination(P<0.05).kappa test showed that the consistency of multi-slice CT volume scanning and 3D reconstruction techniques was acceptable(kappa value =0.484,0.660,P=0.000,0.000).The consistency was good(kappa =0.946,P=0.000).Conclusion:The combined diagnosis of multi-slice CT volume scanning and 3D reconstruction technology in the diagnosis of isolated pulmonary nodules has high clinical application value, which can clarify the nature of isolated pulmonary nodules and detect different imaging signs, with strong consistency.
