Study on the therapeutic effect of laparoscopic fenestrated embryo extraction combined with different doses of methotrexate in ectopic pregnancy
Objective:To compare the efficacy of laparoscopic fenestrated embryo extraction combined with different doses of Methotrexate(MTX)in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy. Methods:A total of 74 ectopic pregnancy patients who received laparoscopic windowing embryo extraction combined with MTX treatment from March 2019 to August 2023 were selected and divided into MTX low-dose(25 mg)group and MTX high-dose(50 mg)group according to random number table method, with 37 cases in each group. The levels of Human Chorionic Gonadotrophin(β-HCG),patency of fallopian tube, recovery and incidence of adverse reactions were analyzed and compared between the two groups. Results:On the day of discharge, the level of β-HCG in both groups was lower than before treatment, and the level of β-HCG in high-dose group was significantly lower than that in low-dose group(P<0.05).The patency rate of fallopian tube in high-dose group was significantly higher than that in low-dose group(P<0.05).The length of hospital stay, menstrual recovery time and β-HCG recovery time in high-dose group were significantly shorter than those in low-dose group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Laparoscopic window-opening embryo extraction combined with high-dose MTX can promote the recovery of β-HCG level, improve the patency of patients'fallopian tubes, and promote the rapid recovery of patients after surgery, without safety risk.
