颈外静脉穿刺在降低CT增强扫描中造影剂外溢的应用价值

摘要
目的:探讨颈外静脉穿刺在降低CT增强扫描中造影剂外溢的应用.方法:选取我科 2020 年9 月至 2022 年9 月期间 286 例行CT增强扫描诊断的患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组 143 例(采用前臂桡侧静脉穿刺)和研究组 143 例(采用颈外静脉穿刺).对比两组患者穿刺情况、造影剂输注畅通情况及成像质量、穿刺部位不良反应发生率.结果:研究组穿刺耗费时间较对照组短,一次性穿刺成功率较对照组高,漏液率较对照组低(P<0.05);研究组造影剂推注时间较对照组短,CT值较对照组高(P<0.05);研究组穿刺部位不良反应发生率较对照组低(P<0.05).结论:相较于前臂桡侧静脉穿刺,颈外静脉穿刺不仅能提高一次性穿刺成功率,提扫描图像质量,还能降低CT增强扫描中造影剂外溢和穿刺部位不良反应.
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the application of external jugular venipuncture in reducing contrast agent extravasation in CT enhanced scan.Methods:286 patients treated with enhanced CT scan from September 2020 to September 2022 in our department were selected as the study objects,and were divided into 143 cases in the control group(with radial forearm venipentesis)and 143 cases in the study group(with external jugular venipentesis)randomly.The puncture conditions,smooth contrast agent infusion,imaging quality,and the incidence of adverse reactions at the puncture site were compared between the two groups.Results:The puncture time of the study group was shorter than that of the control group,the success rate of one-time puncture was higher than that of the control group,and the leakage rate was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The contrast injection time of the study group was shorter than that of the control group,and the CT value was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).In the study group the incidence of adverse reactions at the puncture site was lower than that in the control group,(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with radial forearm venocentesis,external jugular venocentesis can not only improve the success rate of one-time puncture,improve the scan image quality,but also reduce the contrast agent extravasation in CT enhanced scan and the adverse reactions at the puncture site.
