目的:观察中药塌渍结合穴位温针灸治疗颈肩腰腿痛的效果.方法:选取 2020年 3 月至 2021年 9 月期间本院收治的 82 例颈肩腰腿痛患者作为研究对象.随机将患者分为对照组和治疗组,每组各 41例.对照组采取西药治疗;治疗组在对照组基础上结合中药塌渍及穴位温针灸治疗.分析对比两组的疗效、疼痛程度、腰椎功能、肩关节功能、日常生活能力以及不良反应.结果:治疗组的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P＜0.05).治疗后,两组的视觉模拟评分法(Visual analogue scale,VAS)、日本骨科协会评估治疗(Japanese Orthopaedic Association scores,JOA)评分、欧美肩关节评分(Constant-Murley,C-M)评分、日常生活活动能力量表(Activity of Daily Living Scale,ADL)评分均比治疗前显著改善,且治疗组的各项评分均明显优于对照组(P＜0.05).两组的不良反应率无显著差异.结论:中药塌渍结合穴位温针灸治疗颈肩腰腿痛,能提高治疗效果,缓解疼痛,改善腰椎功能、肩关节功能及日常生活能力,且不良反应少.
Effects of Ta Stain therapy of Chinese medicine combined with acupoint warm acupuncture on neck,shoulder,waist or leg pain
Objective:To observe the effect of Ta Stain therapy of Chinese medicine combined with acupoint warm acupuncture on neck,shoulder,waist or leg pain.Methods:A total of 82 patients with neck,shoulder,back or leg pain admitted to our hospital from March 2020 to September 2021 were selected as the study objects.Patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with western medicine.On the basis of control group,the treatment group was treated with Ta Stain therapy of Chinese medicine and acupoint warm acupuncture.The efficacy,pain degree,lumbar function,shoulder function,daily living ability and adverse reactions of the two groups were analyzed and compared.Results:The total effective rate of treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the visual analogue scale(VAS),Japanese Orthopaedic Association scores(JOA),European and American shoulder joint scores(The scores of Constant-Murley(C-M))and Activity of Daily Living Scale(ADL)were significantly improved compared with those before treatment,and the scores of the treatment group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the rate of adverse reactions between the two groups.Conclusion:Ta Stain therapy of Chinese medicine combined with acupoint warm acupuncture can improve the therapeutic effect in the treatment of neck,shoulder,waist or leg pain,relieve pain,improve lumbar function,shoulder joint function and daily living ability,with less adverse reactions.
