Clinical study of proliferative surgery combined with triamcinolone acetonide intrabulbar injection in the treatment of diabetic retinopathy
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Proliferating Diabetic Retinopathy(PDR)combined with triamcinolone acetonide injection after proliferating diabetic retinopathy(PDR).Methods:A total of 82 PDR patients with 96 eyes admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects. The patients were randomly divided into control group(41 cases(47 eyes))and study group(41 cases(49 eyes). The control group was given proliferative surgery. On the basis of the control group, the study group was treated with triamcinolone acetonide injection after operation. The clinical efficacy, clinical indicators, regression and complications of the two groups were analyzed and compared. Results:The total effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the IOP,macular fovea thickness and optimal corrected visual acuity in both groups were significantly reduced, and the reduction in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The regression rate of neovascularization and non-perfusion area in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Operation combined with intrabubular injection for PDR patients can effectively improve the therapeutic effect, accelerate the regression of non-perfusion area and neovascularization, effectively improve visual function and reduce complications.
