在新时代教育思想指导下,培养具有创新精神和实践能力的基础学科拔尖人才是高等教育强国建设的重大战略任务.自 2009 年教育部启动"基础学科拔尖学生培养试验计划"十年后,"拔尖计划"2.0 应运而生,并对拔尖人才的选拔机制、培养模式提出更高的要求.本文对我校基础医学拔尖学生的个性化培养开展"多学科教-研-赛融合"的体系建设,取得不错的效果.
Exploring the construction of the"integration of multiple disciplines,education,research,and competition"system to promote personalized training of top students in basic medicine
Under the guidance of educational ideology in the new era,cultivating top-notch talents with innovative spirit and practical ability in basic disciplines is a major strategic task in the construction of a strong higher education country.Ten years after the Ministry of Education launched the"Experimental Plan for Cultivating Top Students in Basic Disciplines"in 2009,the"Top Plan"2.0 emerged,and higher requirements were put forward for the selection mechanism and training mode of top talents.This article proposes a personalized training system for top students in basic medicine at our school,which integrates multiple disciplines,education,research,and competition,and has achieved good results.
