压力管理对急性心肌梗死患者重返工作岗位准备度的影响

目的:探讨压力管理对急性心肌梗死(Acute myocardial infarction,AMI)患者重返工作岗位准备度的影响.方法:回顾性分析我院 2021 年 2 月到 2023 年 2 月间收治的AMI患者 107 例临床资料,根据不同干预方式将其分为常规组(行常规护理干预,53例)和研究组(行常规护理+压力管理干预,54 例),共干预4 w,比较两组干预前后的中文版知觉压力量表(Chinese version perceived stress scale,CPSS)评分、正性负性情绪量表(Positive and Negative Affect Scale,PANAS)评分、社会支持量表(Social support rate scale,SSRS)评分以及随访 4 w后的重返工作准备度量表(Readiness for return-to-work scale,RRTW)评分.结果:干预后,研究组CPSS评分及PANAS负性情绪评分均低于常规组(P<0.05),PANAS正性情绪评分高于常规组(P<0.05);干预后,研究组客观支持、主观支持、对支持的利用度及SSRS总分均高于常规组(P<0.05).随访 4 w后,研究组RRTW中意向、行动准备-自我评估及行动准备-行动评分均高于常规组(P<0.05).结论:压力管理可降低 AMI 患者的知觉压力,提高其正性情绪和社会支持水平,还可降低其负性情绪,从而提升其重返工作岗位准备度.
Effect of stress management on readiness to return to work in patients with acute myocardial infarction
Objective:To investigate the effect of stress management on the readiness to return to work in patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI).Methods:The clinical data of 107 patients with AMI admitted to our hospital from February 2021 to February 2023 were retrospectively analyzed,and divided into routine group(routine nursing intervention,53 cases)and study group(routine nursing+stress management intervention,54 cases)according to different intervention methods.After 4 weeks of intervention,the perceived Stress Scale(CPSS)scores,Positive and Negative Emotion Scale(PANAS)scores,Social Support Scale(SSRS)scores and Return to Work Readiness Scale(RRTW)scores after 4 weeks of follow-up were compared between the two groups before and after intervention.Results:After the intervention,CPSS score and PANAS negative emotion score of the study group were lower than those of the conventional group(P<0.05),and PANAS positive emotion score was higher than that of the conventional group(P<0.05).After intervention,objective support,subjective support,utilization of support and total score of SSRS in the study group were higher than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of follow-up,the RRTW scores of the study group were higher than those of the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Stress management can reduce the perceived stress of AMI patients,improve their positive emotion and social support level,and reduce their negative emotion,thus improving their readiness to return to work.
