桃红四物汤治疗冠心病的疗效及对患者神经体液、HIF-1α/VEGF信号通路的影响

目的:研究桃红四物汤治疗冠心病的疗效及对患者神经体液、缺氧诱导因子-1α(Hypoxia-inducible factor-1α,HIF-1α)/血管内皮生长因子(Vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)信号通路的影响.方法:选取 2020年 2月至 2023年 3 月我院收治的200 例冠心病患者作为研究对象,按建档编号的单、双号将其分为对照组和观察组,各 100 例.对照组采用常规西医治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上增加服用桃红四物汤治疗.比较两组临床疗效、动脉弹性、神经体液、HIF-1α/VEGF信号通路相关因子表达和不良反应.结果:治疗 4 w后,观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);两组小动脉震荡指数(C2)和大动脉顺应指数(C1)均明显升高,且观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.05);两组醛固酮(Aldosterone,ALD)、心钠素(Atrial natriuretic peptide,ANP)、脑钠素(Brain natriuretic peptide,BNP)均明显降低,且观察组ANP、BNP明显低于对照组(P<0.05),但两组ALD无明显差异(P>0.05);两组 HIF-1α、VEGF 均明显降低,且观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05);两组转化生长因子-β(Transforming growth factor-β,TGF-β)均明显升高,且观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率无明显差异(P>0.05).结论:桃红四物汤可增强冠心病患者动脉弹性及临床疗效,调节神经体液,这可能与调节HIF-1α/VEGF信号通路有关,且安全性较高.
Effect of Taohong Siwu Decoction on coronary heart disease and its influence on neurofluid and HIF-1α/VEGF signaling pathway
Objective:To study the efficacy of Taohong Siwu Decoction in the treatment of coronary heart disease(CHD)and its effects on neurohumoral,hypoxia-induced-factor-1α(HIF-1α)/vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)signaling pathway.Methods:A total of 200 patients with coronary heart disease admitted to our hospital from February 2020 to March 2023 were selected as research objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to the single and even numbers of the file number,with 100 cases each.The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Taohong Siwu decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,arterial elasticity,neurohumoral,HIF-1α/VEGF signaling pathway related factors expression and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:After 4 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The small artery oscillation index(C2)and the large artery compliance index(C1)were significantly increased in both groups,and the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Aldosterone(ALD),Atrial natriuretic peptide(ANP)and Brain natriuretic peptide(BNP)decreased significantly in both groups.ANP and BNP in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05),but ALD was not significantly different between two groups(P>0.05).HIF-1α and VEGF were significantly decreased in both groups,and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Transforming growth factor-β(TGF-β)was significantly increased in both groups,and the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Taohong Siwu Decoction can enhance the arterial elasticity and clinical efficacy of patients with coronary heart disease,and regulate neurohumoral,which may be related to the regulation of HIF-1α/VEGF signaling pathway,and has high safety.
