Effects of omeprazole combined with octreotide acetate on coagulation function and ulcer healing in patients with gastric ulcer
Objective:To explore the effects of omeprazole combined with octreotide acetate on coagulation function and ulcer healing in patients with gastric ulcer. Methods:A total of 76 patients with gastric ulcer admitted to the hospital were enrolled and randomly divided into control group(omeprazole)and combination group(omeprazole combined with octreotide acetate)between January 2018 and December 2022,38 cases in each group. The clinical curative effect, improvement time of symptoms, coagulation function indexes, ulcer healing and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results:After treatment, total clinical curative rate of combination group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The improvement time of symptoms in combination group was significantly shorter than that in control group(P<0.05).The prothrombin time(PT)in combination group was significantly shorter than that in control group, and levels of plasma fibrinogen and D-dimer were significantly higher than that those in control group(P<0.05).The ulcer healing rate in combination group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).The difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups was not statistically significant. Conclusion:Omeprazole combined with octreotide acetate can improve coagulation function, relieve clinical symptoms and increase ulcer healing rate in patients with gastric ulcer, with good curative effect and high safety.
