Therapeutic effect of laparoscopic appendectomy in the treatment of acute appendicitis
Objective:To observe the effectiveness and safety of three port laparoscopic appendectomy in the treatment of acute appendicitis patients.Method:Retrospective collection of clinical data from 84 patients with acute appendicitis who underwent appendectomy treatment in our hospital from January 2022 to February 2023.According to the different treatment methods of appendectomy,84 patients were divided into a control group(41 cases underwent open appendectomy)and a study group(43 cases underwent three port laparoscopic appendectomy).The operation related indexes,postoperative rehabilitation indexes and postoperative complications were analyzed and compared between the two groups.Result:The incision length and surgical time of the study group were significantly shorter than those of the control group,and the intraoperative bleeding was significantly less than that of the control group(P<0.05).The first postoperative anal exhaust,Th First Ambulation,and hospital stay in the study group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The risk of complications in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with open appendectomy,three port laparoscopic appendectomy can significantly shorten the surgical time of patients with acute appendicitis,reduce surgical trauma,facilitate postoperative recovery,and have fewer postoperative complications.
