Analysis of the role of intracavitary color ultrasound in the differential diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy
Objective:To investigate the clinical value of intracavitary color ultrasound in differential diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy.Methods:48 patients with suspected ectopic pregnancy treated in our hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the research objects, and the results of surgery or pathological biopsy were taken as the"gold standard"to analyze the diagnostic results and diagnostic efficacy of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound. The Arterial blood flow of uterine artery, nourishing artery and spiral artery resistance index(RI)of ectopic pregnancy patients were observed. Results:The diagnostic sensitivity and accuracy of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound were 93.33%and 91.67%,respectively,and the missed diagnosis rate was 6.67%.There were 45 cases of uterine artery,28 cases of spiral artery and 17 cases of nutrient artery detected by transvaginal color Doppler ultrasonography. There were significant differences among different RI values(P<0.05).Conclusion:Transvaginal color Doppler ultrasonography has high diagnostic sensitivity and low rate of missed diagnosis.
