Analysis of curative effect of yeast burra powder combined with phenobarbital in the treatment of neonatal jaundice
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of phenobarbital combined with yeast burra powder in the treatment of neonatal jaundice.Methods:The clinical data of 70 children with neonatal jaundice admitted to our hospital from February 2020 to June 2022 were retrospectively collected,and were divided into control group(treated with phenobarbital)and observation group(treated with phenobarbital combined with yeast powder)according to different treatment methods.The clinical efficacy,rehabilitation and adverse reactions of the two groups were analyzed and compared.Results:The total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The time of phototherapy,the time of jaundice resolution,the time of bilirubin decline to normal value and the length of hospital stay in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Phenobarbital combined with yeast burra powder in the treatment of neonatal jaundice can promote the recovery of children,reduce the level of bilirubin,improve the efficacy,and is safe and reliable.
