Clinical efficacy and safety analysis of laparoscopy combined with duodenoscope in the treatment of choledocholithiasis
Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy and safety of laparoscopy combined with duodenoscope in the treatment of choledocholithiasis. Methods:The clinical data of 102 patients with choledocholithiasis admitted to our hospital from May 2019 to January 2023 were retrospectively collected.According to different surgical methods, the patients were divided into control group(45 cases with traditional open surgery)and experimental group(47 cases with LC+ES treatment). The related indexes, postoperative stone removal rate, residual stone incidence and complication rate of the two groups were analyzed and compared. Results:The time of hospitalization, operation and first exhaust in experimental group was significantly shorter than that in control group, and the intraoperative blood loss was significantly reduced(P<0.05).The rate of stone removal and the incidence of residual stones in experimental group were higher and the incidence of residual stones in experimental group was lower(P>0.05).The complication rate of experimental group(2.12%)was lower than that of control group(24.44%)(P<0.05).Conclusion:LC combined with EST in the treatment of choledocholithiasis can improve the curative effect, reduce trauma, promote recovery and prognosis, and reduce complications.
