Analysis of diagnostic value of different diagnostic tools for malnutrition in stroke patients with nutritional risk during rehabilitation
Objective:To apply the subjective global assessment(SGA),the global leadership initiative on malnutrition, nutritional risk screening2002(NRS2002)was used to detect the incidence of malnutrition in stroke patients with nutritional risk during rehabilitation and compare the consistency of nutritional risk screening. Methods:From October 2019 to December 2023,223 inpatients aged 39 to 90 years old who were in the rehabilitation stage of stroke and had nutritional risk after screening by NRS2002 were selected as the study objects.GLIM and SGA criteria were used to evaluate the malnutrition of the patients. The consistency of diagnosis results was analyzed. Results:The GLIM standard was used to diagnose 200 cases of malnutrition, and the positive rate was 89.7%.There was no significant difference in the incidence of malnutrition among different age groups and genders(P>0.05).SGA criteria were used to diagnose 195 cases of malnutrition, the positive rate was 87.44%,and the incidence of malnutrition in different age groups was statistically significant(P<0.01).Using GLIM as the criterion, the kappa value of SGA in the diagnosis of malnutrition was 0.613(P<0.01),the sensitivity was 96.0%and the specificity was 87.0%.Conclusion:It is necessary to diagnose malnutrition as early as possible in stroke patients with nutritional risk during rehabilitation.GLIM and SGA are in good agreement and can be used as diagnostic tools for malnutrition in stroke patients during rehabilitation.
