Effect of engliglizin assisted Liraglutide in the treatment of type 2 diabetic patients
Objective:To investigate the efficacy of engliglizin assisted liraglutide in the treatment of type 2 Diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods:98 T2DM patients admitted to our hospital from October 2021 to August 2022 were selected as the study objects.According to random number table method, the patients were divided into control group and observation group,49 cases in each group. Both groups received conventional treatment, the control group was given liraglutide treatment, and the observation group was given englaglizin adjuvant treatment based on the control group. The clinical efficacy, glucose and lipid metabolism indexes, islet function indexes and adverse reactions of the two groups after 3 months of treatment were analyzed and compared. Results:The total effective rate of observation group(95.92%)was significantly higher than that of control group(83.67%)(P<0.05).After treatment, the fasting plasma blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin level, total cholesterol,2 hours postmeal blood glucose, triglyceride and steady-state insulin evaluation index of observation group were significantly lower than those of control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the secretory function index of stable islet β cells in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Enaglipzin assisted liraglutide in the treatment of T2DM can improve the clinical efficacy, effectively regulate the function of glucose and lipid metabolism, reduce insulin resistance and have good safety.
