Diagnostic efficiency analysis of fetal heart malformations by ultrasonography with four-chamber heart section combined with three-vessel section
Objective:To analyze the diagnostic efficacy of ultrasound with Four chamber view(FCV)combined with Three vessels view(3V)in fetal heart malformations.Methods:140 pregnant women with suspected fetal heart malformation admitted to our hospital from June 2019 to February 2022 were selected as the study objects.Fetal echocardiography,FCV and 3V examinations were performed before delivery, followed up to induction of labor or neonatal echocardiography after delivery. The results of induced labor or neonatal cardiogram after delivery are considered as the"gold standard".To analyze and compare the value of FCV,3V and combined ultrasonography in the evaluation of fetal heart malformation. Results:According to the results of induced labor and neonatal cardiogram after delivery, there were 115 cases of fetal heart malformation among 140 suspected patients.Fetal echocardiography showed positive in 99 cases and negative in 41 cases.Fetal echocardiography and FVC detection showed 99 cases of fetal heart malformation, the diagnosis coincidence rate was 80.00%.100 cases of fetal heart malformation were found by ultrasonic 3V detection, and the diagnostic coincidence rate was 82.14%.114 cases of fetal heart malformation were detected by FVC combined with 3V,and the diagnostic coincidence rate was 90.71%.With the results of induction of labor and post-delivery neonatal cardiogram as the"gold standard",the accuracy and sensitivity of FCV,3V and fetal echocardiography in the evaluation of fetal heart malformation were higher than that of individual evaluation(P<0.05).Fetal echocardiography,FCV and 3V combined prenatal diagnosis of fetal heart malformations had the highest Kappa value consistent with the gold standard. Conclusion:Ultrasound FCV combined with 3V has certain clinical value in evaluating fetal heart malformation.
