摘要
肾素-血管紧张素系统(Renin-angiotensin system,RAS)是机体调节心血管功能的重要内分泌系统,发挥着多种生物学效应.研究发现RAS在脑组织中也广泛分布,参与调控认知功能等多种中枢神经系统疾病的病理生理学过程等.本文综述了RAS对阿尔茨海默症(Alzheimer's disease,AD)、帕金森病(Parkinson's disease,PD)、缺血性脑卒中(Ischemic stroke,IS)、细菌性脑炎(Bacterial meningitis,BM)等中枢神经系统疾病的作用机制及其研究进展,讨论其对于中枢神经系统疾病的潜在的作用靶点及机制,并寻求可能的疾病治疗思路.
Abstract
Renin-angiotensin system(RAS)is an important endocrine system that regulates cardiovascular function and exerts a variety of biological effects.Studies have found that RAS is also widely distributed in brain tissue and participates in the pathophysiological process of various central nervous system diseases such as cognitive function.This article reviews the effects and research progress of RAS on central nervous system diseases such as Alzheimer's disease(AD),Parkinson's disease(PD),Ischemic stroke(IS),Bacterial meningitis(BM),and other central nervous system diseases.This article discusses the potential targets and mechanisms of RAS in central nervous system diseases,and seeks possible treatment ideas.
