Study on the effect of three-step analgesic therapy on hepatocellular carcinoma pain
Objective:To explore the effect of three-step analgesic therapy on patients with liver cancer pain.Methods:82 patients with liver cancer pain who received treatment in our hospital from March 2020 to March 2023 were selected as the study objects. The patients were randomly divided into control group and study group, with 41 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional drugs. The study group used three-step analgesic therapy. The pain degree, sleep quality and adverse reactions of the two groups were analyzed and compared. Results:Before treatment, there was no significant difference in VAS scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment, the VAS score of both groups was significantly decreased, and the VAS score of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment, there were no significant differences in PSQI scores of sleep quality between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment, the PSQI score of both groups was significantly decreased, and the PSQI score of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the study group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:Three-step analgesic therapy can relieve pain, improve sleep quality and not increase adverse reactions in patients with liver cancer pain.
