Application of Carbon Dioxide Fractional Technique Combined With Botulinum Toxin A in Scar Repair After Cesarean Section
Objective:To explore the application of carbon dioxide fractional technique combined with botulinum toxin A in scar repair after cesarean section. Methods:A total of 186 patients with scars after cesarean section in the hospital were enrolled as the research objects between January and October in 2023.According to different treatment methods, they were divided into control group(carbon dioxide fractional technique,n=93)and study group(carbon dioxide fractional technique combined with botulinum toxin A,n=93).All patients were treated for 9 months. The clinical curative effect, scar repair[Vancouver Scar Scale(VSS)],incidence of adverse reactions and patients satisfaction were compared between the two groups by clinical observation and questionnaire survey. Results:After treatment, total response rate was significantly higher in study group than control group(P<0.05).After treatment,VSS scores were significantly decreased in both groups, which were lower in study group than control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower in study group than control group(P<0.05),and total satisfaction rate was higher in study group(P<0.05).Conclusions:The application of carbon dioxide fractional technique combined with botulinum toxin A has significant clinical curative effect and safety in patients with scars after cesarean section.
