Application of rapid rehabilitation surgery in lumbar disc herniation
Objective:To explore the effect of rapid rehabilitation surgery on patients with lumbar disc herniation(LDH).Methods:67 LDH patients undergoing surgical treatment admitted to Duxian Second People's Hospital from July 2022 to July 2023 were divided into Group A(routine intervention)and Group B(early rapid rehabilitation intervention),33 cases each, and the subjective symptoms of lumbar function, objective symptom score and lumbar motion of the two groups were compared by random number table method.Results:1 week and 3 months after surgery, the subjective symptom score, objective symptom score and lumbar motion in group A were significantly higher than those in group B(P<0.05).Conclusion:Early postoperative rapid rehabilitation exercise for LDH patients can effectively improve clinical symptoms and lumbar motion, and promote postoperative rehabilitation.
