Clinical efficacy of Yinzhihuang oral liquid combined with blue light,cefoperazone sodium and sulbactam sodium in the treatment of neonatal infectious jaundice
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of Yinzhihuang oral liquid combined with blue light,cefoperazone sodium and sulbactam sodium in the treatment of neonatal infectious jaundice.Methods:All 94 cases of infective jaundice neonates admitted to Qixian Maternal and Child Health Hospital from June 2021 to June 2023 were selected as the study object,and they were divided into Yinzhihuang combined group and conventional treatment group by random number table method,47 cases in each group.The conventional treatment group was treated with blue light irradiation,cefoperazone sodium and sulbactam sodium.Yinzhihuang combined group was treated with Yinzhihuang oral liquid on the basis of conventional treatment group.After 7 days of treatment,the total clinical response rate,jaundice resolution time,length of hospital stay,bilirubin decline,neurobehavioral ability neonatal behavioral neurological assessment(NBNA),Immunoglobulin(Ig)A,IgG levels,bilirubin-related indexes albumin(ALB),unconjugated bilirubin(UCB),total bilirubin(TBIL)level and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of Yinzhihuang combined group was significantly higher than that of conventional treatment group(P<0.05).jaundice resolution time and length of hospital stay in Yinzhihuang combined group were significantly shorter than those in conventional treatment group,and the daily reduction value of bilirubin was significantly greater than that in conventional treatment group(P<0.05).The serum levels of IgA and IgG,NBNA scores in Yinzhihuang combined group were significantly higher than those in conventional treatment group(P<0.05).The levels of ALB,UCB and TBIL in Yinzhihuang combined group were significantly lower than those in conventional treatment group(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Yinzhihuang oral liquid combined with blue light,cefoperazone sodium and sulbactam sodium is effective in the treatment of neonatal infectious jaundice,which can further shorten the time of jaundice resolution,reduce the level of related indexes of bilirubin,improve the immune function and neurobehavioral ability of children,and accelerate the rehabilitation process of children.
